We process the data you provide when contacting HarkTech, requesting information, hiring support or using products that incorporate remote backups. They may include identification data, contact data, technical data and, when the service requires it, information generated by the client business.

Purposes

• Respond to inquiries and requests for information.
• Manage the business relationship, installation, support and maintenance.
• Provide the contracted backup and recovery service.
• Secure systems, prevent fraud, and maintain security records.

Legal basis

The processing is carried out to meet your request, execute a contract, comply with legal obligations or for legitimate interest in protecting the services. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it at any time.

Retention and recipients

The data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and the applicable legal deadlines. HarkTech may use hosting and communications providers acting under appropriate instructions and security measures. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation or portability by writing to info@harktech.es. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

POS Copies

When HarkTech hosts backups of a merchant, the merchant client is responsible for its own data and HarkTech acts in accordance with the applicable commissioned processing agreement.
